NATIONAL CRISIS RESPONSE & PUBLIC SAFETY SUPPORT PROGRAM

 PROGRAM PURPOSE

The Harp of David Police Chaplains National Crisis Response Program is a public-safety–aligned, deployable chaplaincy framework designed to operate within the U.S. emergency management system in the same operational lanes as FEMA-supported partners.

This program positions Police Chaplains as trained, credentialed, and command-recognized responders specializing in mass care, crisis stabilization, responder wellness, and disaster spiritual care, working in coordination with local, state, and federal emergency authorities.
