• Implementing early-intervention mentorship initiatives targeting at-risk youth before conflict escalates.
• Deploying trained chaplaincy support teams to provide stabilization in times of crisis, offering emotional support in a non-enforcement capacity.
• Partnering with churches, schools, and community organizations to strengthen protective networks.
• Offering conflict mediation and trauma-informed support to help students and families cope with stressors that can lead to violence, absenteeism, and disengagement.
Early identification and support aim to reduce fear, build trust, and interrupt harmful cycles that contribute to chronic absence.

It’s estimated that 160,000 children miss school every day due to fear of attack or intimidation by peers.
• Between 20–30 % of students report being bullied each year in school environments.
• Students who are bullied are 3× more likely to skip school and miss classes.
