Official Credential Verification Center

Community Service Officer (CSO) Verification Division

This is to certify that the bearer of an official UNIPOL GLOBAL Police Academy Community Service Officer (CSO) credential has been verified through the UNIPOL GLOBAL Credential Verification Center.

The UNIPOL GLOBAL CSO Program is an educational, community service, and public safety initiative designed to support leadership development, community engagement, emergency preparedness awareness, civilian public safety education, and professional service training.

Verification confirms that the individual:

  • Successfully completed or participated in authorized UNIPOL GLOBAL training, orientation, certification, membership, or affiliated program requirements; 
  • Has been issued an official organizational credential or identification through UNIPOL GLOBAL Police Academy; 
  • Is recognized within the organization as a Community Service Officer (CSO), Community Safety Representative, or affiliated public service member in good standing, subject to organizational policies and status review.

Community Service Officer (CSO) Official Notice

UNIPOL GLOBAL CSO credentials are organizational and educational credentials only.

Unless separately authorized by a governmental authority, CSO members:

  • Are NOT sworn law enforcement officers; 
  • Do NOT possess arrest authority or peace officer powers; 
  • Do NOT represent a governmental police department; 
  • Do NOT possess authority to conduct criminal enforcement actions beyond rights available to private citizens under applicable law. 

The credential is intended for:

  • Organizational identification 
  • Educational recognition 
  • Community outreach 
  • Public safety support initiatives 
  • Training and professional development 
  • Civilian service and volunteer activities 
  • Institutional affiliation verification 

Credential Verification

Official verification may include:

  • Active status confirmation 
  • Credential identification number 
  • Organizational affiliation 
  • Training or certification validation 
  • Issue and expiration dates
