2. Chaplaincy-Led Crisis & Early Intervention

  • Immediate emotional and spiritual stabilization
  • Family, victim, and community support
  • Court, hospital, and incident-scene chaplaincy
  • Preventive intervention before escalation

Delivered by Harp of David Police Chaplains as trained public safety partners.

3. Behavioral Health & Life Skills Intervention

Provided through the Innovative LifeSkills Training Center, including:

  • Anger management and emotional regulation
  • Stress management and resilience training
  • Communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Couples, marriage, and parenting education

These services function as agency-referred, court-referred, or voluntary prevention programs.
